WHY USING MAG2PRESS®?
MAG2PRESS® can turn your spring-loaded 'Glue-bars' into a controllable active pressure system.
By using the repulsive force of two permanent magnets, MAG2PRESS® can apply the force you desire for any fluting profile and any paper grade.
With MAG2PRESS® we guarantee you a constant contact between the fluting and the glue roll. This is because of the double function of the magnets. The bottom magnet is constantly attracted by the glue roll right through the shoe!
The bigger the fluting profile, the weaker it becomes! How can the same spring apply the perfect force for 'A flute with 120gr fluting paper' and 'E flute with 200gr fluting paper? 95gr papers are also used on different fluting profiles. E.g.

MAG2PRESS® can change the pressure of any individual shoe on your bar. Apply more force on the sides to get rid of the curling-up single face webs.
MAG2PRESS® can be installed as a mechanical system for machines running the same fluting profile through the same glue station all the time or as a fully PLC controlled automatic system.
The MAG2PRESS® upgrade kit will consist of pre-assembled pieces ready to be installed on your glue bars. All pieces are hardened and of course corrosion free. The lifetime of the different pieces is up to 5 times longer than original pieces.
